That doesn’t seem to be the case here however, as the famed detective is back for an all-new adventure in Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments, a game that harkens back to the character’s short story roots. After Frogwares’s fantastic The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, it almost seemed like the long-running mystery adventure game series was finally on its last legs, with a dark storyline that had the sleuth running from the cops as he raced to prove his innocence.
